No max school

Class size reduction doesn't work. So instead of spending $290 billion every biennium on a rigid and ineffective policy, Nevada should be working to experiment with other ideas like charter schools, virtual schools, pay-for-performance, value-added assessment, or even rethink the entire way we run a classroom.
